Gaylords

ASR is a supplier of Gaylord boxes. We have a variety of sizes and types of Gaylord boxes in stock at our facilities and through our industrial service partners.  Your Gaylord boxes can be delivered or picked-up, less than load (LTL) shipped, or truckloads.  Many of our customers regularly order full truckloads of Gaylord boxes.  If you tell us what you need and we'll find the box to fit.  Here are a couple of descriptions of some of our most popular Gaylord boxes:

• Plant Gaylords are full bottom, triple walled Gaylord boxes, and they can easily be double stacked.
• Slip Sheet Bottom Gaylords are triple wall Gaylords with partial bottom flaps. Slip sheets are usually included unless otherwise specified, and drop in sheets make the box a full bottom box.
• Double Wall Gaylords are double walled, full bottom Gaylords that can be double stacked depending on material is going in them.  They usually include belly bands for added strength and support
• HPT-41’s are full flap top and bottom, triple walled Gaylord boxes that are very sturdy and easily stackable.  Many of our customers use them for protecting products from contamination.

Bale Ties & Bulk Wire

Our bale ties can be packaged to your exact requirements.  For example stackable boxes and crates, straight, and single-packs.  Our industry partners maintain large inventories at distribution points all over North America, and they can ship from stock for fast and efficient delivery.  Here are some of our bale tie specifications:

Single Loop Bale Ties

• 10 to 15-gauge available for your application (load strengths from 300 to 1,100 lbs.)
• 125 or 250 pieces per bundle
• Galvanized or black annealed

Double-Loop Bale Ties

• Double-loop bale ties are made from high tensile wire for baling foam, tires and other highly compressible materials.
• Easy to feed and snap together
• 9 to 14-gauge available

Black Annealed Baling Wire

• Black annealed wire is drawn from medium carbon steel, annealed in a furnace, and then slowly cooled. This process produces strong, clean baling wire with superior elongation.
• A consistent oiled surface prevents rust and ensures smooth feeding through your baler.
• Available on production coils or in 100# and 50# boxes.
